Using simple floral motifs to create a wallpaper design that began as a sketch and a digital concept, which I then transferred to a screen to be screen printed onto a range of products including wallpaper, cushion covers and lampshades.
Not all the designs I have created have become flat designs - by converting my designs into laser cuts I have been able to design a range of products that have either met briefs set at University or commission briefs.
By using a simplified map of the centre of Sheffield, laser cut into paper (for cleaner defined shapes), I was able to create interesting prints when placing the laser cut sheet above a textured background and edited on photoshop
